Let it be known to everyone in the United States of America and the Whole World that Kari Lorraine Black of Turner County, South Dakota was bestowed the Titles of Woman-Minister / Certificate No: 031/2026 , of Protected Persons – IHL / Certificate No: PPS 019/2026, and Dame of Honour, Cultural Attache’ on the day of our Lord 29th day of August, 2026; at the SMOKH Hospitaller Sanctuary Chapel in Brooksville, Florida .

Kari Lorraine Black was Knighted and Ordained as a Humanitarian Aid Worker in the Holy Catholic Church of the East Brazil and the Sacred Medical Order St. John Nevis /St. Christopher, Puerto Rico, Curacao, and Ecuador:
